AC-101 ORIENTATION/SAFETY
Introduction to the Interior Systems Program. Subjects to be discussed will be hand tools, power/powder tools, math, beginning blueprint reading and layout. Certification for Scaffold Erector (welded frame, mobile tower) and low velocity powder actuated tools will be given. 40 Hour Course

AC-102 SAFETY/HEALTH & SAFETY CERTIFICATIONS
This course will primarily focus on Health and Safety certifications, safety and math. Certifications can be earned in Forklift, Aerial Lift, OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR. 40 Hour Course

AC-103 INTRODUCTION TO ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS AND CODES
The purpose of this course is to learn about Acoustical ceilings, seismic codes and the theory behind them. Also, wall molds, trims, ceiling layout and material identification will be discussed. Students will install ceilings using this new technical knowledge. Hand tools are mandatory. 40 Hour Course

AC-104 STANDARD GRIDS I
This course includes classroom instruction but will focus more on Acoustical grid installation such as 2 x 4 and 2 x 2 flat ceilings, H-in pattern, radius, gable and diagonal ceilings. Hand tools are mandatory. 40 Hour Course

AC-201 STANDARD GRIDS II
This course is designed to provide related classroom instruction with technical skills to install circular ceilings with drops, as well as drywall suspension grid in both square and circular areas. Hand tools are mandatory. 40 Hour Course

AC-202 SOFFITS
This course will provide the student with more advanced knowledge and skill in the Acoustical industry. Class will focus on square and slant faced, tapered, concealed, drywall suspension, and sloped soffits. Hand tools are mandatory. 40 Hour Course

AC-203 PREFAB/SOUND PANELS
This course will focus on the technical knowledge and skills needed in installation of prefabricated wall and ceiling panel systems. Hand tools are mandatory. 40 Hour Course

AC-204 CONCEALED/GLUE-UP/STAPLE-UP SYSTEMS
This course is designed to show concealed/semi-concealed ceilings and soffits, glueup and staple-up. Both technical knowledge and skills will be used in assembling these ceilings. Hand tools are mandatory. 40 Hour Course

AC-301 BLUEPRINT READING I
This course is designed to teach the basics of reading, understanding and visualizing the blueprints. Terms, symbols and definitions from several trades will be incorporated for both residential and commercial. Layout tools will be necessary. 40 Hour Course

AC-302 COMPASSO
This course is a more advanced look at finish trim systems. Previous knowledge will be applied when installing air bars, double soffits and Compasso. Hand tools are mandatory. 40 Hour Course

AC-303 METAL PAN AND SECURITY SYSTEMS
This course will focus on the technical knowledge and skills needed to work with these high end products. Hand tools are mandatory. 40 Hour Course

AC-304 BLUEPRINT READING II
This course will give the student more in-depth training related to on-the-job conditions. Basic estimating, material take-offs and job organizing skills will be included. Layout tools will be necessary. PREREQUISITE: AC-301 Blueprint I. 40 Hour Course
